Cambridge Advance Online is a new program of online short courses for professionals from the University of Cambridge. Viv works as a strategic partner to guide their enrollment, content, and media efforts.

THE CHALLENGE

Building brand awareness & driving growth

While the University of Cambridge needs no introduction, this new suite of courses required a different approach to program strategy & marketing.

It was critical that strategy & tactics differed by location in order to capture the attention of professional learners in key geographies around the globe.

THE WORK

Program and media strategy that spurred success

Viv consulted with CAO on a renewed approach around brand awareness, lead generation, enrollment marketing and management tactics, and program strategy.

Viv then took over CAO’s paid media strategy, planning and implementation across search, display and social.

The Results

3x

CAO more than tripled enrollments from June ‘22 to January ‘23

1/2

CAO’s cost per lead was decreased by over half from June ‘22 to January ‘23, all while the quality of leads themselves increased.

Working with Viv has been a rewarding and educational experience. Initially hired for a consulting project, I was so impressed with their professional and insightful marketing analysis that I decided to terminate the contract with our agency and hired Viv in their place. The team at Viv are always responsive, helpful, and provide thoroughly researched strategies to optimize and improve performance. I would recommend them to anyone.
