We’re seeking a hands-on media specialist with experience in building and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.


Job Overview
Viv Higher Education is seeking a MediasOptimizer/Builder to support our media and account teams by executing campaigns and driving performance. This role is focused on the hands-on building and optimization of paid ads. 

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance monitoring, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of platform best practices.

Viv is in the process of refining the processes of this division, so the ideal candidate will help document and execute improved processes to make the campaigns perform more efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Launch: Build and launch paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, following direction from other team members, based on provided media plans.
  • Ad Implementation: Upload and configure ad copy, creative assets, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies within platform specifications.
  • Ongoing Optimization: Regularly review campaign performance and adjust campaigns based on guidance and direction from leadership. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, report issues, and flag opportunities for improvement to internal teams.
  • Troubleshooting & QA: Identify and resolve tracking or delivery issues and maintain clean campaign structures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Provide concise notes on changes made, results observed, and next steps after optimization rounds.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience building and managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance through hands-on optimization.
  • Familiarity with common KPIs, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Experience in higher education campaigns is a plus, but not required.


Contract Details
:

  • Freelance, contract-based role with variable engagement based on project needs.
  • Opportunities for recurring work based on performance.
  • Remote work only; virtual meetings with Viv’s internal team are required.


Compensation:
$20-30 per hour, depending on experience and project scope.
